When demolition is needed, it can range from dropping ceilings and knocking down walls to a simple task of pulling baseboards and cutting small sections of drywall.
As a crew chief, you will be a supervisor for your team of technicians. Being a crew chief means being able to do the same work as a technician, along with more responsibilities. These responsibilities include documenting the job, managing the work site and your team, and having good people skills.
