The men who helped me did an amazing job! Paul, Anthony and Rafael were all very helpful and careful when it came to my things. They were patient as well! Amazing customer service! I recommend them to anyone who is going through fire damage or any type of damage to their home! They even went as far as unclogging my drain when it was pouring. Perfect job!

I called this location amongst a host of other companies. This company stuck out while shopping around. The customer service on the phone was extremely friendly and they were willing to come to my site within the hour.

They visited the job site and got started shortly after dealing with the insurance procedures. They were very helpful with the whole ordeal. Insurances could be a pain in the A$$, but they made the process a much smoother and pleasant one.

Experienced a major water leak through the ceiling of my condo, hired Sam at SERVPRO of North Sacramento to clean up. Can't speak highly enough of him and his team! Great job of cleaning up and drying out, customer service was terrific, friendly and calming during a stressful time. He provided constant updates so I always knew where things were at, along with detailed documentation of the whole process.  Very helpful in dealing with insurance company as well. If you need help with damage restoration, call him, he will make it right! 

SERVPRO of North Sacramento did a wonderful job of helping us with our water damage. They were professional and answered all of our many questions about the process.  The ended up being able to save all of our counter tops and cabinets. I would highly recommend this company if you have water damage or mold problems.

Who knew SERVPRO could lure me out of my Yelp slump? We discovered a significant amount of water in our basement after all the heavy rains so I looked for suggestions on Yelp and Nextdoor and both places listed this specific franchise. I called around 5:30 or 6:00 one night and spoke with Hiba right away, which was great because I was expecting to have to leave a message. We made arrangements for them to inspect the place and it was smooth sailing from then on. Hiba came a few days later (due to my crazy schedule not theirs) and  was really lovely and professional. When her husband Sam and their crew came to suck out all the water and set up the dehumidifier they were also really professional and nice, too. They offered suggestions about where the water was coming from and even put me in touch with an awesome contractor who has already helped me get a sump pump. Anyway, this is a stellar group, they did a great job in a timely manner and I cannot recommend them higher! Thanks Hiba, Sam and your team for going into my creepy trapdoor basement and taking care of the problem! You guys are awesome!

Sam and Team of SERVPRO of North Sacramento provided excellent and timely service for our mold problem after the wet winter of 2019.  We couldn't be happier with the service and communication throughout the evaluation and correction phases.  Sam and SERVPRO of North Sacramento will be the 1st call we make should we need this type of service again.

SERVPRO really and truly helped us a lot from the moment we call them Sam and Hiba came the same day the Checked out the kitchen fire damaged and walk through the house and told me, don't worry every is going to be alright and I will help you and take care of you and your family. Boy, they sure ment what they said from the very beginning till the end they helped us and washed and packed all the dishes nice and neat that nothing broke. They washed and cleaned all our clothes, linens, towels and etc and smelled good fresh linen. Theire crew moved our content, load and unload our belongings were all so careful and gentle with our things. I'm so great full and thank God that we had them on our side. We are very pleased and satisfied on all they have done for us. God bless them abundantly for all the great worked they've done not only for us and for all the other clients they've had and more in the future! 

Sam and his guys from SERVPRO were awesome. When the second floor toilet overflowed to my first floor unit, as soon as they were called, they came promptly, and did their work thoroughly, to my complete satisfaction. They truly did an excellent job, from the drying to the plastic covers, I could not ask for a better experience than the guys offered. As much as I disliked the damage done, because of these guys, I found a great reason to be thankful. So, thank you guys for your professionalism and on top of that, you guys were super nice people. We would recommend them to anyone in trouble. Don't hesitate; they are awesome. 

We had a "little" flood around Thanksgiving in our kitchen from an unknown leak under our sink. After mopping up what water I could & putting my own fan on it for days, there was still a musty smell. One of my daughters who knows the dangers of mold did research and found SERVPRO. After the holidays, I finally called them mid-January and they were able to come right out to assess the situation, indicating it was going to be a bigger job than we expected. They worked within our insurance company's requirements but also helped us to get what was fair regarding the replacement damage.   We SO appreciate Hiba, Sam and their team! They were professional, careful, quick, efficient, and emotionally supportive of our situation.  I would Highly recommend SERVPRO of North Sacramento to anyone with water or mold issues! 

DO NOT HESITATE TO HIRE SERVPRO of NORTH SACRAMENTO for any of your water or fire cleanup/restoration needs. You will not be disappointed! The owners, Sam and Hiba, are trustworthy, professional, and efficient in their business practices and also very pleasant to work with. After getting a prompt estimate from Hiba, I knew that I needed the work done ASAP to prevent further water damage. Normally I would get at least one more estimate. I decided not to delay and picked Sam and Hiba because I felt totally comfortable with them. I was not disappointed. Sam and his crew did an excellent job. Part of a common wall and carpet were removed due to water damage and mold contamination. Then the area was disinfected. Next 6 dryers were put in place--3 in each affected room--the driers ran for 72 hours, collecting a substantial amount of water while simultaneously drying affected areas. Sam explained everything to me and answered all of my questions. I could not have been more satisfied with the work done by Sam, Hiba, and their crew. I give SERVPRO of NORTH SACRAMENTO my highest recommendation without reservation!!!

AMAZING QUALITY & FAST SERVICE! Exceptional work in water loss remediation for my property. I called right after the water damage occurred at night and left a message. Sam the owner called me back quickly and he went to the property the next morning. Unbelievable service to start the clean-up and demo so that the drying process could take place ASAP. We are so grateful to Sam and Hiba for their professionalism and competent handling of what was a very stressful time for us.
