Mold Containment.

SERVPRO of North Sacramento was called to this home that was affected by mold in the kitchen.

We contained the mold contamination to ensure it does not spread to uncontaminated areas and to protect the customer by installing plastic sheeting for containment barriers. We established negative air pressure in the contaminated area. 

We removed porous materials that are contaminated with mold. The method used to remove mold depends on the type of surface. In heavy, long-duration exposures, wood materials may have to be removed if their structural integrity has been weakened by rot.
