Water Damage: Pipe Leak in Citrus Heights

This family’s Citrus Heights residence experienced severe water damage after a pipe leak. We had to remove the carpeting because it was saturated and delamination had begun, rendering the fibers and backing non-salvageable. The controlled demolition of the soaked wall (see the blue marking tape) exposed the affected area for drying, disinfecting and prepping for final closure.
